Employer and Worker Adjustments to Economic Shocks

The focus of this project is on employer and worker adjustments to economic shocks, for example to an exogenous, large, permanent and specific demand shock. We will study shock-induced consequences for employer entry, growth, decline and exit, as well as for job and worker reallocation. We will also acknowledge shock interactions and shock transmission and study the resulting employer and worker reactions.
