Timeframe
Starting in June 2005, the project is planned to last 18 months until November 2006. In the first month, a kick-off meeting will be held. At this meeting, all partners will introduce themselves and their work package. The state-of-the-art in each area and the relevant literature will be described in a report. After the inception meeting, work packages 1 to 5 will start. WP 1 (risk indicators) and WP 2 (technology transfer) will last 15 months, WP 3, WP 4, and WP 5 will last one year. After 6 and 12 months, respectively, interim meetings will be held to discuss the progress of work, methodological issues, and next steps. WP 6 will start in month 3 and lasts 15 months as well. The final report including summary and conclusions (WP 7) will be prepared during the last 3 months. Project management (WP 8) is a permanent task during the entire project. At the end of the project, a final consortium meeting and a public conference will be held where all results will be presented.
